Still Time to Book Zooniversity Summer Shows
DALLAS, TX, March 16, 2009 – There are still a few weeks left to book a Zooniversity program for your library, camp, daycare, or children’s party this summer. Our summer schedule is filling fast, so check your calendar and contact us right away to reserve your favorite date and time.
Libraries
Zooniversity is scheduled to teach at more than 60 public libraries throughout North Texas this summer, but a few spots still are available. So, act quickly! See the details on our stage-style event—the perfect show for library preschool programs, summer reading clubs, ‘tweens and teens, and adult/senior programming.
Camps and Daycares
Save the hassle and expense of a field trip and have us come to you! Summer camp is the perfect time to meet Zooniversity’s animal ambassadors. We just need an indoor location and an audience that is 3 years old and older. We offer educational shows for all size groups: small-group programs (fewer than 30 students) or large-group programs (30-300 students). Or, schedule a summer field trip to see one of our free public library shows. See our public calendar to find a location near you. (We strongly suggest you contact the site’s children’s librarian before finalizing your plans, as some libraries have audience size and age restrictions.)
Children’s Parties
Summer parties in Texas can be down-right hot and miserable. Beat the heat by having us bring our Party Pets program to your home or party location. Our animals enjoy the air conditioning, too! We just need an indoor location with enough room for all the kids to sit in a big circle. No mess, we promise! Summer parties are only scheduled on weekday late-afternoons or all-day Saturday, so party spots are limited. Book your parties now!
